- Plexiglass deflector, allowing a homogeneous distribution of the temperature
- AISI 304 stainless steel work surface.
- LED lighting of the exposure.
- Ventilated evaporator, treated against the corrosion of food acids (adjustable fan speed device).
- Built-in compressor unit, climatic class 4 (+30°C & RH 55%).
