Stainless steel micro perforated burners with flame protection for extra safety.
Indirect heating system with saturated steam up to 110 °C.
Pressure relief valve prevents overpressure of the steam in the jacket.
Clearly readable pressure gauge.
Energy regulation by means of control knob.
Solenoid valve and chrome swivel tap for filling with hot or cold water.
Equipped with drain tap for easy drainage of food.
Equipped with an external valve for discharging excess air.
