- Stainless steel burners with flame protection for optimal combustion.
- Temperature adjustable from 120 °C to 300 °C.
- Safety thermostat to prevent the pan from overheating.
- Piezo ignition and temperature indicator lights on the front panel.
- The burners are switched off automatically when the roasting pan is tilted.
- Automatic start of burners by microswitch when the roasting tray is tilted backwards again.
