MEAT SLICER MS 220

Cutting straight, wafer thin slices is a tough job if you have to do it by hand. Using this professional electric meat slicer, you can cut not only perfectly uniform slices of meat, but also other items like vegetables and bread. For cheese, there is an optional Teflon blade. Cutting with this versatile kitchen aid is also a smooth and quiet job. The hardened stainless steel blade has a diameter of 22cm and you can adjust the cutting thickness between 1 and 12mm per slice. This ensures that slices of sausage, ham, salami or other types of meat are always cut to the precise thickness.

Safe meat slicing

This robust meat slicer make slicing very fast, but it's also very safe. Thanks to the design, hands are kept well away from the blade. The motor also has a built-in safety function. Thanks to the angled arrangement of the blade, it cuts smoothly and quickly. In addition, the cutter is equipped with an attachment for sharpening the blade. Regularly sharpening the blade also improves safety during cutting. By rotating the attachment, the blade passes the sharpening stones. After sharpening, clean the slicer well to prevent fine particles of the sharpening stones from getting into the food.

Easy to operate

The on/off switch is on the side of this meat slicer and you can operate the handle with one hand so that you can catch the meat with your other hand. For good hygiene, always wear gloves when cutting. The meat slicer should be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Disconnect the cutting board and wash it along with the blade in soapy water with a mild detergent. Clean the housing with a wet sponge and detergent. Then rinse everything with water and let it dry before using it again. Thanks to the four rubber feet, the slicer stays firmly in place while in use.
