- Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded inner corners, equipped with cold zone, ball valve for draining placed in the cabinet.
- Lid in stainless steel.
- Oil settling tank, located in the lower cabinet.
- Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel resistors immersed in the tank.
