  • Version "walll" with raised rear edge.
  • Capacity: 6x GN 1/1 (grids and plates optionals).
  • Cycle production : 20 Kg (+70° C +3° C) ou 12 Kg (+70° C -18° C).
  • Core probe, serial.
  • "Anti-tilt" structure in stainless steel cable. (detachable), space between plates 74 mm.
  • Refrigerant expansion R452a.
  • 4 adjustables stainless steel wheels.
  • Type "A", microprocessor, digital ((in sealed box, 100% waterproof), with HACCP functions, programmables as desire.
  • 4 cycles to choose "Soft Chill" or "Soft Freeze" for sensitive products, "Hard-Chill" or "Hard-Freeze" for large parts, control timer with bell at end of cycle (or) control by core probe, with the function of holding the end of the cycle. And (visual or auditive) alarm, 99 memorisables programs, selection in more than 20 cycles of operation, automatic cycle, etc.... (See PLUS data sheet), display in front panel.
  • Exrterior and Interior made in stainless steel (food AISI 304), monohull chassis, inside bottom stamps y rounded angles and corners (without rough edges), with drainage cork (high maintenance).
  • Independent work top (detachable), in stainless steel. (food) AISI 304.
  • Door with ergonomic handle (not apparent) and reversible (ver Kit), provided by magnetic seal closure "by pressure" (easy replacement, without tools), hinges with stop at 100°, closure with automatic callback, Inside door equipped with a heating element, preventing the formation of frost (Function Freeze).
  • Micro switch device in the door, allowing the stop of the evaporator's ventilator when it opens.
  • Tropicalized compressor group (+43°), on slides "removable", easy maintenance and after sales service, provided wih an air filter (wash), in the equipment (right sided), ventilated condenser.
  • Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated againts salt and the food acids, hidden (not visible), ventilator's motor IP44.

  • The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.
  • Highly intuitive TOUCH SCREEN and 100% customisable freezing and rapid cooling cycles.
  • Strict temperature and ventilation control.
  • Pre-cooling of the unit whenever required.
  • Special cycle for ice cream or raw fish (carpaccio, sushi, sashimi, etc.).
  • Recipes/programs subdivided according to product type.
  • Memory of up to 99 programs.
  • Option to download all of the data and recipes/programs using USB keys, etc.
