• Stainless steel planetary discs; traction by gears system, "auto-lubricant".
• Removable central split, for big pieces as lamb, sheep, pork (kits are envisaged), diam. +/- 400-500 mm.
• Adjustable front security glass door: sliding to the inside, spring system, fitted with 2 thermal handles, fold-down for an easy cleaning.
• Back part also closed with a security glass door, field of vision on the 2 parts.
