• Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, submerged "top", (20/10 mm) with liquids catching basin, adjustable legs in stainless steel (150/200 mm), watertight "IPX5".
• Oven in stainless steel AISI 430, rounded angles, bottom in cast iron, removable support, door with double isolated walls, hinged oven door with spring system, grip in stainless steel.
• Crowned brass burners with very high output, "Flower Flame" technology, regulation through gas tap.
• Enamelled cast iron grids (450x350 mm).
• Electric oven, heating through stainless steel resistances, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven.
• ON/OFF switch, regulation through thermostat, from 110°C to 285°C.
•  Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE).
