The sealed 6mm ceramic top offers high cleaning comfort thanks to the flat surface and cleanability of glass ceramic. It is watertight fi xed to the worktop, preventing any liquid infiltration. The cooking surface only heats up when in direct contact with induction friendly pans and pots, and the amount of heat is proportional to the surface of contact. The zone of the cooking surface not in contact with the pan remains deactivated and thus cold allowing a more comfortable working environment (lower heat emission) and a energy savings equal to 50% compared to traditional stoves. Each inductor has 6 different power levels and an indicator light shows when the top is in operation.

  • Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
  • Waterproof top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
  • Cooking top, waterproof "IPX4".
  • Glass ceramic plate (6 mm), with 1 inductor underneath.
  • Energy regulator with 6 positions (each hearth), with indicator lamp, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.

PRINCIPE OF INDUCTION:

  • Heat is generated directly by a magnetic field inside the container, this field is created electronically, there is no heating element, which makes it very safe.
  • Cooking is virtually no loss of heat; it is the most cost-effective technology, the removal of the container is sufficient to stop the cooking process.
  • Three physical phenomena are thus successively involved:
  • The transfer of energy from the inductor to the container electromagnetically.
  • The transformation of the electrical energy into heat in the container by Joule effect.
  • The heat transfer of the food container by thermal conduction.
  • NB accept all container enamel steel, cast iron or stainless steel, bearing the initials "INDUCTION".
