- Interior and exterior construction in AISI 304 stainless steel, monobloc structure, expanded polyurethane insulation, CFC and HCFC-free, 60 mm thick, stainless steel feet.
- Speaker: rounded corners and angles without roughness.
- Deep-drawn bottom that collects condensation towards the discharge.
- Easily removable plate holder structure, slides allowing the use of GN 2/1 or pastry dishes 600x800 mm.
- The unique design of the enclosure, coupled with the oversized AISI 304 stainless steel fan(s) positioned laterally, ensures temperature homogeneity and prevents drying out and frost formation on the food surface.
- Door: 180° opening, integrated handle, automatic closing with magnetic seal, microswitch to stop the fan when opening.
- Simple but effective, the door stop keeps the door open, preventing the formation of bad odours and bacterial proliferation.
- Non-reversible door.
