- The Refrigerated showcase is a glass and polycarbonate cabinet structure with an autonomous refrigerating unit located at the
top of the showcase. - Digital thermostat.
- The showcases have been designed solely for the preservation and display of cold foods and drinks at the
temperatures given in Table A, for use in rooms used for group catering. - Units are equipped with digital instruments that make it possible to memorize and store high or low temperature alarms (concerning the thermostat probe) which may occur during normal operation of the unit.
- Power outages which the unit suffers are also recorded, and the number of interruptions is memorized.
