The electric Premium grill plate has a double, smooth baking tray and is suitable for high production and daily use. The baking tray is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a chrome mirror finish. Under the cooking surface is a large 1.5 liter container for collecting fat and the grill plate is equipped with high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes. Together with the ergonomic design of the grill plate, this ensures pleasant and safe working. The stainless steel housing, splash guards and baking tray are easy to clean. Due to the depth of 900 mm, the grill plate can grill large quantities of food at the same time.
