The 150L Premium boiling pan is ideal for cooking, baking or poaching food. The boiling pan has a double-walled lid which increases the insulation of the boiling pan. The lid is also easy to open and close due to a hinged and balanced mechanism. This boiling pan has a double wall that can be filled with water; this is an indirect heating system which ensures even heating of the bottom and side wells of the boiling pan. Because the boiling pan is completely made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean the boiling pan.
