- Oven in stainless steel AISI 430, rounded angles, bottom in cast iron, removable support, door with double isolated walls, hinged oven door with spring system, grip in stainless steel.
- Crowned brass burners with very high output, “Flower Flame” technology, regulation through gas tap.
- Enamelled cast iron grids (450×350 mm).
- Electric oven, heating through stainless steel resistances, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven.
- ON/OFF switch, regulation through thermostat, from 110°C to 285°C.
