Immersion Blenders Maxima are designed for fast preparation of soups, sauces, purées, creams and other mixtures. Four models with 200–510 mm blending shafts, 0.28–0.85 kW power and 10–240 L processing capacity make it possible to select suitable equipment for both smaller and high-volume containers. Variable speed control helps adjust speed to ingredients and required consistency.
Immersion Blender 200 with 200 mm blending shaft is suitable for processing ingredients in containers with a capacity of up to 10 L. Variable speed control from 6,000 to 20,000 rpm allows speed to be adjusted to processed ingredients and required consistency.
Immersion Blender 260 with 260 mm blending shaft is suitable for processing ingredients in containers with a capacity of up to 30 L. Variable speed control from 4,000 to 16,000 rpm allows speed to be adjusted to processed ingredients and required consistency.
Immersion Blender 410 with 410 mm blending shaft is suitable for processing ingredients in containers with a capacity of up to 140 L. Variable speed control from 8,000 to 18,000 rpm allows speed to be adjusted to processed ingredients and required consistency.
Immersion Blender 510 with 510 mm blending shaft is suitable for processing ingredients in containers with a capacity of up to 240 L. Variable speed control from 8,000 to 18,000 rpm allows speed to be adjusted to processed ingredients and required consistency.
Whisk Attachment 250 mm with two robust whisks is designed for Immersion Blender 260, 410 and 510 models. It enables fast preparation of even and airy mixtures.
Immersion Blenders Maxima – Selection for Different Processing Volumes
Immersion blenders in this range combine powerful ventilated motors, variable speed control and detachable stainless steel blending shafts. Models differ primarily in power, blending shaft length and maximum processing capacity, making it possible to select suitable equipment according to required batch size.
Selecting Model According to Container Capacity
Model 200 with a 200 mm blending shaft is designed for smaller batches up to 10 L. Model 260 handles volumes up to 30 L and is suitable for regular preparation of sauces, soups, creams and purées. More powerful 410 and 510 models process ingredients in volumes up to 140 and 240 L, for example in large pots, cooking kettles and other deep containers. Stated value represents maximum recommended processing capacity, not required container size.
Main Benefits of Immersion Blenders Maxima
Variable speed control allows speed to be adjusted to specific ingredients and required consistency. Ventilated motors with thermal protection reduce the risk of overload during regular use. Blending shafts feature double-bearing inner drive shafts, while wear-resistant couplings enable quick attachment changes. Detachable design also simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
Which Ingredients and Recipes Are Suitable?
Immersion blenders can be used to prepare soups, sauces, creams, purées, dressings, spreads, fillings and other mixtures. They are suitable for processing vegetables, fruit, potatoes, rice, boneless meat and other ingredients. Final consistency depends on selected speed, processing time, batch size and movement of blending shaft inside container.
Can Immersion Blender Also Be Used for Whisking?
Yes, after replacing blending shaft, a 250 mm whisk attachment can be used with compatible 260, 410 and 510 models. It is suitable for preparing whipped cream, creams, desserts, sauces and other smooth or airy mixtures. According to manufacturer specifications, 250 mm whisk attachment is not compatible with model 200.
Cleaning and Proper Maintenance
Before cleaning, disconnect equipment from power supply and remove blending shaft from blender body. Motor section must not come into direct contact with water and should only be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Blade, blending shaft and inner drive shaft should be thoroughly cleaned, dried and inspected before reassembly.
