- Construction made entirely of stainless steel.
- Four armored stainless steel heating elements with Incoloy treatment are divided into independently adjustable heating zones.
- Each heating zone can be set to half or full power according to the amount of meat being prepared.
- Refractory heat-accumulating panels behind the heating elements concentrate heat toward the meat and promote even cooking.
- Movable heating section mounted on four ball bearings allows the distance between the heat source and the meat to be adjusted to its current diameter.
- Simple mechanical system makes inserting and removing the spit easier.
- Hermetically sealed bottom support protects the motor against infiltration of fat and meat juices.
- Drive mechanism is protected against the weight of the meat, impacts during handling and unwanted twisting.
- If the drive fails, removing the locking element allows the spit to be rotated manually.
- Deep-drawn, slightly inclined bottom collecting surface directs fat and meat juices through the perforated grid into the removable collection tray.
- Supplied with one complete spit, including support disc and locking element.
- Optional accessories: stainless steel protection tray BV-K, replacement spit BR6/K and kebab scoop PL/K.
