- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable levellers.
- Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim guaranteeing a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed underneath the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 120°C to 320°C, by thermostat.
- The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
