- Square feed opening enables fast loading and efficient work cycles during second and subsequent grinding passes.
- Only approximately 50–90 g of unprocessed meat remains inside grinding head at end of work cycle, minimizing product waste.
- Ventilated three-phase motor with output of 3.68 kW / 5 HP is suitable for intensive and continuous operation.
- Hermetically sealed oil-bath gearbox with liquid protection ensures reliable operation of drive system.
- Stainless steel controls with IP67 protection feature reverse function for releasing grinding mechanism in case of blockage.
- Meat mincer is supplied as standard with stainless steel self-sharpening knife and stainless steel grinding plate with 4.5 mm holes.
- Grinding head protection system allows safe use of grinding plates with holes larger than 8 mm.
- PDH version features adapter for connecting hamburger patty former for subsequent forming of minced meat portions.
- Complete Half Unger or Total Unger grinding systems are optionally available for multi-stage meat grinding.
