Floor-Standing Meat Mincers for High-Volume Processing

Floor-standing meat mincers are designed for operations processing larger quantities of fresh meat on a regular basis. Stable bases with castors allow the machines to be moved when required, while stainless steel construction and powerful motors support intensive meat processing.

Output from 600 to 1,000 kg/h

Selection should consider the required hourly output, grinding system size and available power supply. Size 32 models provide an output of approximately 600 to 700 kg/h, while larger versions can process up to 1,000 kg of meat per hour, depending on the grinding system.

Equipment for Meat Processing

Selected versions feature adapters for connecting semi-automatic hamburger patty formers. Compatible grinding plates, knives and other accessories should be selected according to the grinding system size of the specific machine.
