Hot plate, dimensions 670x585 mm (10kW). Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders. Cast iron fireback (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the center of the combustion chamber. Gas versions: possibility to differentiate cooking, temperature range from 500 °C in the centre to 200 °C in the edges.
