A special cold zone is built into the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and longevity of the cooking oils.

Two divided tanks, dimensions 2 × 140 × 340 × 210 mm, oil capacity 6–7 L per tank, 2× basket in stainless/chrome-plated steel, dimensions 120 × 295 × h 120 mm, on stand with hinged doors, special cold zone integrated in the bottom of the tank guarantees oil quality and long service life.

Tank dimensions: 280 × 340 × 300 mm. Oil capacity in use: min. 13 L, max. 14 L. Chrome-plated steel basket, dimensions 260 × 295 × 120 mm. Construction in AISI 304 stainless steel, height-adjustable feet. Temperature regulation from 90 °C to 190 °C via thermostat, pilot ignition, safety system with thermocouple and piezoelectric device, front access for very easy maintenance.
