- Heated holding trolley 20 × GN 2/1 by Diamond is designed for holding and serving previously prepared hot food.
- Food can be placed on wire shelves, plates or in Gastronorm pans.
- Capacity for 20 × GN 2/1 or 40 × GN 1/1 with 60 mm spacing between guide rails.
- Two electric heating elements with forced-air circulation ensure even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet.
- Digital thermostat provides temperature adjustment from 30 to 90 °C.
- External thermometer allows continuous temperature monitoring.
- Water evaporation tray with anti-wave design creates humidity inside the cabinet and helps reduce food drying.
- Double-wall construction with CFC-free polyurethane insulation at a density of 40 kg/m³ reduces heat loss.
- Lockable door features a self-closing mechanism that fully closes it when opened at an angle of less than 90°.
- Heated trolley is mounted on four swivel castors, two with brakes, each 160 mm in diameter.
- Rubber bumper around the entire base protects equipment from damage during handling.
