- TOUCH SCREEN controls with 4,3’ high-definition colour touch screen, allowing the user to customise all the main functions.
- Choice of 4 cycles: ‘Soft Chill’ or ‘Soft Freeze’ for delicate products, ‘Hard-Chill’ or ‘Hard-Freeze’ for large items, timer control with buzzer at end of cycle or core probe control, also with hold function at end of cycle and visual alarm.
- One-piece structure in stainless steel (food-grade), inside and AISI 304 outside.
- Deep-drawn inner base, rounded corners and edges (no rough edges), with drain plug (for high maintenance).
- Door with magnetic ‘pressure’ seal (easy replacement, no tools required), back door fitted with heating element to prevent frost forming (‘Freeze’ function).
- Door microswitch to stop the evaporator fan when the door is opened.
- Class 4 compressor unit, built into the cabinet (accessible from the front), ventilated condenser.
- Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids, completely concealed (not visible), IP45 fan motor.
- Manual or automatic defrost (start of cycle), with self-evaporating condensate.
