Stainless steel refrigerated bar counters with sink create a complete workstation for drink preparation and service, washing barware, and storing chilled beverages directly beneath the worktop. Single- and double-sink versions with right- or left-hand sink positioning allow the refrigerated draft counter to be planned around the bar layout and direction of service. Modular refrigerated sections can be fitted with doors, shelves, or different drawer configurations and, depending on the setup, with space for 50 L KEG-EURO or DIN kegs, allowing the counter to be configured for draft beer and other beverages.
The worktop, sink, drip area, and refrigerated sections bring essential bar tasks together in one workstation. Chilled beverages and barware remain accessible directly beneath the worktop, and the sink provides a dedicated area for rinsing glasses and other barware.
Sink orientation is also important when planning the bar layout. Right- or left-hand versions allow the sink position to follow the direction of service, location of the draft system, and adjacent elements of the bar line.
Single-sink versions leave a larger proportion of the counter available for refrigerated sections. Double-sink models provide additional space for water-related tasks and allow different activities to be divided between two separate sinks. The 300 × 500 × 300 mm sinks are complemented by a pressed drip area with removable perforated grids.
The refrigerated storage can be configured according to the beverage selection and the way the bar operates. Door sections with a reinforced base accommodate 50 L KEG-EURO or DIN kegs, while other refrigerated sections can be used for bottles and additional chilled beverages.
The counter can therefore be configured for draft beer and other beverages while retaining separate refrigerated sections for bottled drinks.
Refrigerated sections can be fitted with drawer blocks in 2 × 1/2, 2/5 + 3/5, or 3 × 1/3 configurations. Different drawer arrangements make it possible to organize bottles and other beverages that need to remain readily accessible during service.
For bottle storage, the drawers can also be fitted with protective stops that help limit bottle movement when the drawers are opened and closed.
Each section of the counter can have a different internal configuration. Depending on its intended use, options include solid or glass doors, stainless steel intermediate shelves, drawer blocks, locks, and internal LED lighting.
A single counter can therefore include a dedicated KEG section, bottle drawers, and additional refrigerated storage with shelves. When selecting the configuration, it is important to consider not only the overall counter length but also what will be stored in each section and how the bartender needs to access it during service.
The forced-air refrigeration system circulates cold air throughout the refrigerated sections. The +2 °C to +8 °C temperature range is suitable for storing beverages and KEG kegs. The construction also includes 50 mm polyurethane insulation, rounded internal corners for easier cleaning, temperature control, and automatic defrosting. The worktop, sink, and drip area provide a durable stainless steel work zone designed for professional bar service.
