CUT-OFF SEAL SYSTEM TSC/CF-150/N
- Cut-off seal system is optional configuration for Diamond CF-150/S double-chamber vacuum machine.
- Standard arrangement includes two removable 450 mm sealing bars, one in each chamber.
- Each bar combines one 3.5 mm convex sealing wire with one 1.1 mm round cutting wire.
- Sealing wire creates airtight bag closure, while cutting wire prepares excess film edge for easy removal.
- Convex profile pushes food residue from between film layers, improving seal strength and reducing risk of leaks.
- During each operating cycle, sealing bar in chamber covered by movable lid is used while packages can be loaded or removed in second chamber.
- Bag sealing and preparation of excess film edges take place during one operating cycle.
- System replaces standard double seal on both bars and does not represent additional sealing bars.
- Integrated optional equipment is designed for installation in compatible vacuum machine.
