- Cut-off seal system is optional configuration for Diamond SC-124V/S and SC-124V/IVP chamber vacuum machines.
- Standard machine configuration includes two sealing bars positioned on adjacent sides of chamber: 760 mm at front and 510 mm on right.
- Each bar combines one 3.5 mm convex sealing wire with one 1.1 mm round cutting wire.
- Sealing wires create airtight bag closures, while cutting wires prepare excess film edges for easy removal.
- Convex profile pushes food residue from between film layers, improving seal strength and reducing risk of leaks.
- Two-bar arrangement allows multiple bags or packages of different sizes to be closed during one operating cycle.
- Bag sealing and preparation of excess film edges take place simultaneously.
- System replaces standard double seal on both bars and does not represent additional sealing bars.
- Integrated optional equipment is designed for installation in compatible vacuum machine.
