- System combines one 3.5 mm convex sealing wire with one 1.1 mm round cutting wire.
- Sealing wire creates airtight bag closure, while cutting wire prepares excess film edge for easy removal.
- Convex profile pushes food residue from between film layers, improving seal strength and reducing risk of leaks.
- Bag sealing and preparation of excess edge take place during one operating cycle.
- System replaces standard double seal and does not represent an additional sealing bar.
