- Three infrared gas burners provide intense and even heating of the meat.
- Each burner has independent control from economy mode to full power.
- A safety thermocouple on each burner automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out.
- The sliding heating section, mounted on four ball bearings, allows the distance between the burners and the meat to be adjusted according to its current diameter.
- A simple mechanical system facilitates inserting and removing the spit.
- The hermetically sealed lower support protects the motor from grease and meat juices.
- The drive mechanism mounted on ball bearings is not subjected to the weight of the meat or impacts during slicing and is protected against unwanted twisting.
- After removing the locking element, the spit can be rotated manually in the event of a drive failure.
- The pressed and slightly inclined lower collection surface drains grease and meat juices into a fully removable collection tray.
- Supplied configured for LPG, including a natural gas injector kit.
