- Simple mechanical system facilitates inserting and removing spit.
- Hermetically sealed lower support protects motor from grease and meat juices.
- Drive mechanism mounted on ball bearings is not subjected to meat weight or impacts during slicing and is protected against unwanted twisting.
- After removing locking element, spit can be rotated manually in case of drive failure.
- Pressed and slightly inclined lower collection surface drains grease and meat juices into a fully removable collection tray.
- Supplied configured for LPG, including natural gas injector kit.
