- A safety thermocouple on each burner automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out.
- The sliding heating section, mounted on four ball bearings, allows the distance between the burners and the meat to be adjusted according to its current diameter.
- A simple mechanical system facilitates inserting and removing the spit.
- The hermetically sealed lower support protects the motor from grease and meat juices.
- The drive mechanism is protected against the weight of the meat, impacts during handling, and unwanted twisting.
- After removing the locking element, the spit can be rotated manually in the event of a drive failure.
- The pressed and slightly inclined lower collection surface drains grease and meat juices through a perforated grid into a removable collection tray.
- Supplied configured for LPG, including a natural gas injector kit.
- Supplied with one complete spit, including a support disc and locking element.
- Optional accessories: stainless steel protective rim BV-K, replacement spit BR4/K, and kebab paddle PL/K.
