- Hood with motor designed for bakery and pastry ovens with digital controls FPE-6/T and FPE-10/T.
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Integrated motor with extraction capacity 600 m³/h ensures efficient removal of steam and heat during baking.
- Manual or automatic extraction mode when opening the oven door.
- Front removable grid allows easy access to the inside area of the hood and simplifies regular cleaning and maintenance.
T VERSION:
- Switch located on the right front side of the hood allows manual or automatic extraction mode.
- “I” mode activates continuous extraction in manual mode.
- “0” mode switches extraction off.
- “II” mode activates extraction for 10 seconds when the oven door is opened, then switches off automatically.
NOTE:
- In Combi-T version, hood extraction can also be activated using the dedicated button on the oven control panel.
- During long inactivity periods (for example holidays or shutdown periods), it is recommended to switch off the main oven switch on the central electrical control panel.
