- Cut-off seal system is an optional sealing configuration for Diamond TA-90/S and TA-90/IVP chamber vacuum machines.
- System consists of one 3.5 mm convex sealing wire and one 1.1 mm round cutting wire.
- Sealing wire creates an airtight closure, while cutting wire forms a line for easy removal of excess vacuum bag material.
- Convex profile pushes food residue out from between film layers during sealing, improving seal strength and reducing risk of leakage.
- Bag sealing and preparation of excess material for removal take place during one operating cycle.
- System replaces standard double seal; it is not an additional sealing bar.
