- The 15 mm thick steel griddle plate with high thermal conductivity ensures stable and even heating.
- Cooking surface 755 × 400 mm, 32 dm², divided into three independently controlled heating zones.
- Heating by three stainless steel burners with a titanium coating and a total output of 8.7 kW (3 × 2.9 kW).
- Each burner is operated by a separate gas valve and has its own piezoelectric ignition.
- Gas valves with a safety cut-off.
- The welded stainless steel perimeter rim contains fat and cooking juices and helps keep the surrounding area clean.
