GAS GRIDDLE PLANCHA/3CR-N
- Gas Plancha griddle with a mirror-finished hard chrome cooking surface is designed for preparing meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, eggs, and other foods.
- A 15 mm thick steel griddle plate with a 50 μm hard chrome layer provides stable and even heating.
- Cooking surface 755 × 400 mm, 32 dm², divided into three independently controlled heating zones.
- Heating provided by three stainless steel burners with a total output of 8.7 kW (3 × 2.9 kW).
- Thermostatic gas valves allow temperature control up to a maximum operating temperature of 300 °C.
- Separate piezoelectric ignition for each burner and gas valves with a safety system.
- Supplied for propane-butane operation as standard; natural gas injectors are also included.
- Welded stainless steel perimeter rim retains grease and cooking juices and helps keep the surrounding area clean.
- Front removable stainless steel drawer for collecting grease and cooking juices.
