- Electric Plancha griddle with a mirror-finished hard chrome cooking surface is designed for preparing meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, eggs, and other foods.
- The 15 mm thick steel griddle plate with a 50 μm hard chrome layer ensures stable and even heating.
- Cooking surface 555 × 400 mm, 24 dm², divided into two independently controlled heating zones.
- Independent thermostats allow each zone to be adjusted from 0 to 250 °C; separate indicator lights show the heating status.
- Heating by stainless steel elements with a total output of 4 kW (2 × 2 kW).
- The coating consists of metallic chrome that complies with RoHS requirements and does not contain hexavalent chromium.
- The welded stainless steel perimeter rim contains fat and cooking juices and helps keep the surrounding area clean.
