- Electric griddle plate Plancha with a smooth polished steel cooking surface is designed for cooking meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, eggs, and other ingredients.
- 15 mm-thick steel griddle plate with high thermal conductivity provides stable, even heating.
- Cooking surface 555 × 400 mm, 24 dm².
- Cooking surface is divided into two independently controlled heating zones, allowing only the required section of the plate to be switched on.
- Independent thermostats allow each zone to be adjusted from 0 to 250 °C; separate indicator lights show heating status.
- Heating is provided by stainless steel elements with a total output of 4 kW (2 × 2 kW).
- Welded stainless steel perimeter rim retains grease and cooking juices and helps keep the area around the unit clean.
- Front-mounted removable stainless steel drawer for collecting grease and cooking juices.
