CUT-OFF SEAL SYSTEM TSC/CF-180T/N
- Cut-off seal system is optional integrated equipment for Diamond CF-180T/S double-chamber vacuum machine.
- System replaces standard double seal on both sealing bars.
- Each of two 840 mm sealing bars uses one convex 3.5 mm sealing wire and one round 1.1 mm cutting wire.
- Sealing wire creates secure, airtight closure of vacuum bag.
- Cutting wire prepares excess film edge for easy removal without additional cutting.
- Convex sealing-wire profile pushes food residue and moisture out of film folds, reducing risk of leaks.
- During each cycle, sealing bar in chamber covered by movable lid is active while second chamber can be loaded or unloaded.
- System is intended for installation during configuration of compatible vacuum machine.
