  • Capacity: 10 × GN 1/1 or 10 × EN 600 × 400 mm.
  • Production per cycle: 30 kg (+70 °C → +3 °C) – blast chilling, 20 kg (+70 °C → −18 °C) – blast freezing.
  • Stainless steel runners for trays and GN containers, spacing 65 mm.
  • Digital control panel with intuitive operation.
  • Control of chilling and freezing cycles with “Hard / Soft” function.
  • Settings by time or by core temperature via temperature probe (standard equipment).
  • Programmable electronic controller housed in a closed, waterproof box.
  • End-of-cycle holding function and audible alarm.
  • In the field of food hygiene and safety, a fundamental principle applies: chilling the food core from +70 °C to +3 °C within 90 minutes (UK standard), or from +65 °C to +10 °C within 110 minutes (NF standard), freezing from +70 °C to −18 °C within 240 minutes (UK standard), or from +65 °C to −18 °C within 270 minutes (NF standard).
  • Diamond blast chillers and blast freezers guarantee reliable compliance with this fundamental chilling and freezing principle, contributing to maximum food safety, quality and extended shelf life.

CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Monoblock construction – inside and outside (including rear panel) made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Pressed inner base with drain for easy and thorough cleaning.
  • Rounded corners and edges without sharp parts, ensuring maximum hygiene.
  • Reversible door with magnetic gasket and integrated handle, easy gasket replacement without tools.
  • Right-hand hinges with automatic closing and 90° hold-open position.
  • Door microswitch automatically stopping the evaporator fan when opened.
  • Ventilated evaporator, treated against salts and food acids.
  • Fan motor with IP45 protection rating.
  • 4 height-adjustable stainless steel feet for stable positioning.
