The unit is designed for rapid chilling and deep freezing, effectively preventing bacterial growth, preserving the structure, taste and nutritional properties of food, and fully meeting the requirements of a modern cold chain. Capacity: 5 × GN 1/1 or 5 × EN 600 × 400 mm. Production per cycle: 12 kg (+70 °C → +3 °C) – blast chilling, 8 kg (+70 °C → −18 °C) – blast freezing.
