- Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Integrated motor with extraction capacity of 600 m³/h ensures efficient removal of steam and heat during baking.
- Manual or automatic extraction mode when opening the oven door.
- Front removable grille provides easy access to the internal section of the hood and simplifies regular cleaning and maintenance.
EM version:
- Switch located on the right front side of the hood allows manual or automatic extraction mode.
- “I” mode activates continuous manual extraction.
- “0” mode switches the extraction off.
- “II” mode automatically activates extraction when the oven door is opened and switches it off after closing.
