HOOD WITH INTEGRATED FAN FOR COMBI OVENS 6 & 10× GN 1/1 AC/HV6-10-X
- Made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Equipped with mechanical labyrinth (duct-type) filters made of AISI 304 stainless steel, positioned on the front side.
- The built-in fan automatically regulates airflow according to the amount of steam generated.
- Front ventilation is activated when the combi oven door is opened and, thanks to direct connection to the combi oven software, fan power and odour absorption are adjusted according to actual operation.
- Suitable for installation on combi ovens with longitudinal loading of GN containers 6 and 10 × GN 1/1.
- The filter design and sufficiently large filtration surface enhance safety and help prevent fire risks.
- Requires connection to an external air exhaust system.
- Airflow capacity: 1200–1500 m³/h.
- The fan features three automatic speeds: low with closed doors and closed damper, medium with closed doors and open damper, and high with open doors.
- Front labyrinth and condensation filters can be easily removed and cleaned in a dishwasher.
- A cable connection between the hood and the combi oven enables communication between both devices.
- The hood and the combi oven are synchronized: the hood automatically switches on and off when the combi oven starts and stops, and adjusts fan speed to low, medium, or high based on actual operation.
- An automatic activation system is triggered when the combi oven door is opened.
