Choosing a hood for your combi oven

When choosing a hood, consider the specific combi oven model, the required extraction method and the availability of an external exhaust duct. The available models are designed for compatible combi ovens with capacities of 6 and 10 × GN 1/1 and longitudinal loading of GN containers.

Neutral hood and model with an integrated fan

Neutral hood AC/HN6-10-X does not have its own fan. It features front-mounted labyrinth filters made of AISI 304 stainless steel and must be connected to an external exhaust duct. Hood AC/HV6-10-X has an integrated fan with three automatic speeds and an airflow capacity of 1,200–1,500 m³/h. It activates automatically when the combi oven door is opened but still requires connection to an external exhaust duct.

Condensation hood without an external exhaust duct

Condensation hood AC/HV6-10CV-X uses labyrinth filters, a condensation filter and a droplet separator to capture steam and liquids. The integrated fan operates at three automatic speeds and adjusts its operation to the current use of the combi oven. This model does not require connection to an external exhaust duct, simplifying installation in kitchens without a dedicated ventilation connection. It is intended exclusively for compatible electric combi ovens with capacities of 6 and 10 × GN 1/1.
