Meat mincer is robust tabletop model made of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for heavy-duty and continuous operation.
Output up to 500 kg/h allows efficient processing of large quantities of fresh meat.
PBH version is specifically prepared for connection of hamburger forming equipment.
Stainless steel Enterprise grinding system (1 × knife, 1 × grinding plate).
Stainless steel Ø 6 mm grinding plate included as standard.
Hamburger forming equipment can only be used with Enterprise grinding system; hamburger production requires separate compatible forming device, hamburger mold and special grinding plate.
Powerful fan-cooled motor with IP55 protection is designed for intensive and continuous operation.
Gear transmission running in oil bath ensures reliable operation and long service life.
Double sealing system protects motor-reducer against liquid ingress.
AISI 304 stainless steel grinding head is completely removable and can be secured without tools.
