- Equipped with an automatic conveyor belt system with three operating speeds.
- Machine achieves a productivity of 200 baskets per hour at maximum speed, 150 baskets per hour at medium speed, and 95 baskets per hour at minimum speed.

WASHING ZONE

RINSING ZONE

ATMOSPHERIC BOILER AND BREAK TANK
- Dishwasher is equipped with a stainless steel atmospheric boiler with a capacity of 17 L and thermal insulation.
- Standard boiler heating output is 9.5 kW with a water inlet temperature of 50 °C.
- With a cold water inlet temperature of 10 °C, the heating output can be increased up to 16 kW, or up to 12 kW when using the DCM-R/7 heat recovery unit.
- Appliance includes an integrated break tank system that prevents water from flowing back into the distribution system.
CONSTRUCTION AND HYGIENE
- Entire construction is made in a double-skin design from AISI 304 stainless steel with thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Deep-drawn tanks with rounded corners, smooth internal surfaces without sharp edges, and removable stainless steel filters significantly facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- Stainless steel washing and rinsing arms are removable without the use of tools.
- Operating noise level is below 70 dB.
CONTROL AND SAFETY
- Operation is controlled via a waterproof digital Soft Touch control panel displaying the washing tank temperature (60 °C) and rinse water temperature (85 °C).
- Control system features automatic fault diagnostics that continuously monitors operating status and indicates detected faults directly on the control panel.
- Appliance operates with a low control voltage of 24 V and is equipped with a safety thermostat.
- Equipment includes pump protection, a limit safety switch, and an automatic shut-off system when doors are opened or foreign objects are detected in the washing system.
