- Conveyor basket dishwasher DATIC37E/7-DX- designed for continuous dishwashing in high-volume operations.
- Equipped with independent pre-wash zone and three-speed conveyor system ensuring stable performance under heavy workload.
- Capacity reaches 270 baskets per hour at maximum speed, 200 baskets per hour at medium speed and 140 baskets per hour at minimum speed.
- Designed for standard 500 × 500 mm baskets with 450 mm entry height allowing washing of plates, GN containers, trays and bulky kitchen utensils.
- Configuration with right entry and left exit in basket flow direction.
PRE-WASH ZONE
- Independent 70 L pre-wash tank removes heavy soil before main washing phase.
- Operating temperature 45 °C.
- Pre-wash pump 1500 W ensures uniform water distribution and reduces load on main wash section.
WASH ZONE
- Deep-drawn 70 L wash tank manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Operating temperature 60 °C. Tank heating output 10.5 kW maintains stable washing conditions.
- Wash pump 2700 W provides high washing intensity.
RINSE ZONE
- Final rinse at 85 °C in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Water consumption 220 L per hour during continuous operation.
ATMOSPHERIC BOILER AND BREAK TANK
- Stainless steel atmospheric boiler 17 L with thermal insulation.
- Standard heating output 12.5 kW at 50 °C water supply.
- Heating power can increase up to 22 kW with 10 °C cold water supply or 15 kW when DCM-R/7 heat recovery unit is installed.
- Integrated break tank system prevents backflow into water distribution network.
CONSTRUCTION AND HYGIENE
- Double-skin construction made of AISI 304 stainless steel with thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Deep-drawn tanks with rounded corners, smooth internal surfaces and removable stainless steel filters facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- Washing and rinsing arms removable without tools.
- Noise level below 70 dB.
CONTROL AND SAFETY
- Waterproof digital Soft Touch control panel displays wash and rinse temperatures.
- Control system includes automatic fault diagnostics.
- Low voltage control 24 V, safety thermostat, door safety switch and automatic shutdown system integrated.
