Induction wok ranges WOK LINE PLUS are professional appliances with induction zones shaped for wok pans. The range includes countertop and freestanding models with one or two induction zones and an output of 3.5 or 5 kW per zone. Induction heating provides rapid power adjustment and precise control throughout the different stages of food preparation.
Induction technology transfers energy directly to the wok pan, allowing the heat to respond quickly to changes in the selected power level. The chef can adjust the heat intensity throughout the cooking process – from high-heat searing to boiling and finishing dishes at a lower power setting.
WIN1-7 and WIN2-14 models offer 9 power levels controlled by a rotary control. The digital display shows the selected power level and provides a timer adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes. Once the selected time has elapsed, the heating switches off automatically.
The system also features automatic wok pan detection. If no pan is placed on the induction zone or the pan is unsuitable for induction heating, the appliance does not start heating and alerts the operator with visual and acoustic signals.
The induction zones feature a shaped Ø 300 mm ceramic surface designed to follow the profile of a wok pan. On WIN1-7 and WIN2-14 models, the worktop is made of stainless steel and the construction includes a water supply and drain.
Induction heating operates without an open flame and generates heat directly in the wok pan. This reduces the amount of heat released into the surrounding working area.
Induction wok ranges require wok pans suitable for induction heating. The countertop WIN1-4 model is supplied with a Ø 400 mm wok pan.
