Gas chicken roasters use gas burners with infrared emitters to produce intense radiant heat directed toward the chickens on each rotating spit. Independent heat control for individual levels allows the output to be adjusted according to the current grill load. The range includes models with different numbers of spits and capacities for both lower-volume and high-volume production.
CHICKEN LINE PLUS..3 spits (till 900mm) standard accessories, each for 5-6 chickens (1,25kg)Version to put (cupboard on request).Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.

Intense radiant heat
Gas burners with infrared emitters produce intense radiant heat directed toward the chickens across the full height of the grill. This heating method promotes even cooking and pronounced browning of the skin.
Independent control of individual levels
Individual grill levels can be controlled independently according to the number of chickens being cooked and the current grill load. Heat output can therefore be adjusted to the spits in use without operating the entire grill at full capacity.
Capacity for different sales volumes
Gas chicken roasters are available with different numbers of rotating spits and different capacities. Smaller models are suitable for steady day-to-day sales, while multi-level models provide greater production capacity for operations with high demand for roasted chickens.
High-performance ventilation as part of the installation
Gas chicken roasters generate significant heat, grease-laden vapors and combustion products. Indoor installations therefore require a properly designed, high-performance exhaust hood and ventilation system sized according to the output and dimensions of the specific grill.
