FRYERS LINE PLUS electric fryers are designed for frying French fries, meat, fish, vegetables and other foods in professional kitchens. Single- and twin-vat models provide different capacities and power outputs. Their construction allows convenient oil draining, collection of food residues and thorough cleaning of the frying vat.
Electric fryer high power with 2 × 8 L tanks, total power of 9 kW, cold zones, independent controls, and two frying baskets measuring 131 × 320 × h 145 mm each.
Electric fryer with 16 L tank, adjustable power of 4/8/12 kW, integrated oil filtration, and frying basket measuring 250 × 300 × h 145 mm.
Single or twin independent vats
Single-vat fryers are suitable when most production is focused on the same type of food. Twin-vat models provide two separate oil baths, allowing different foods to be fried simultaneously without using the same oil.
Separate vats are useful, for example, when preparing French fries alongside meat or fish. Each vat can be used according to the current volume of orders and the foods being prepared.
Power and oil temperature recovery
Adding another batch, especially frozen food, causes the oil temperature to drop. Sufficient heating power shortens the recovery time and allows frying to continue without long delays between batches.
FRYERS LINE PLUS includes fryers with different vat capacities and power outputs. On models with adjustable power, the heating output can be adapted to the quantity and type of food being prepared.
Countertop models or fryers on stands
Countertop FRYERS LINE PLUS models can be installed on a suitable work surface or mounted on a stand designed for the corresponding fryer. A stand provides a dedicated position for the fryer and brings the working height in line with adjacent equipment in the cooking line.
Accessories include open stands as well as stands with hinged doors. Enclosed versions provide additional space beneath the fryer and create a more integrated equipment setup.
Oil draining and filtration
The oil drain allows the vat to be emptied without removing hot oil from above. On models equipped with a collection container and filter, food residues released during frying can be captured as the oil is drained.
Regular removal of these deposits reduces further burning of food particles in the oil and makes subsequent cleaning of the fryer easier.
Access to the vat for cleaning
On versions with a tilting or removable heating-element assembly, the inside of the vat is easier to access. After draining the oil, deposits can be removed from the bottom of the vat and the area around the heating elements can be thoroughly cleaned.
