- 10 mm-thick steel cooking plate with patented EASY COOKING food-grade enamel coating compliant with NF 12983-1.
- Smooth enameled surface with high thermal conductivity.

- Two independently controlled heating zones allow simultaneous cooking at different temperatures.
- Two Incoloy heating elements provide rapid heat-up and even temperature distribution across the entire plate, including around its edges.
- Separate thermostatic temperature control for each zone from 0 to 300 °C.
