- Gas griddle plate with a 10 mm-thick steel cooking surface and patented EASY COOKING food-grade enamel coating compliant with NF 12983-1 is designed for rapid searing and grilling of meat, bacon, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, fried eggs, and omelets.
- Smooth enameled cooking surface with high thermal conductivity.
- Cooking surface 400 × 400 mm.
- One independently controlled cooking zone.
- Star-shaped gas burner covers the entire cooking surface and provides even heat distribution, including around the edges.
- Rapid heat-up to 300 °C in approximately 8 minutes.
- Control valve allows burner output to be adjusted from low to full flame.
- Piezoelectric ignition.
- Safety thermocouple automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out.
- Surface allows ingredients to be portioned and sliced directly on the plate without risk of damage, making it practical for preparing gyros or kebab.
